Delivery Locations

We deliver across all Emirates in the United Arab Emirates, including:

  • Ras Al Khaimah

Delivery Timeframe
  • Dubai: 1–2 working days

  • Other Emirates: 2–4 working days

Delivery times may vary during promotions, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available in selected locations. Please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order to confirm availability.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout or confirmed with you via WhatsApp before order dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across most locations in the UAE. Please ensure the correct amount is available at the time of delivery.

Order Confirmation & Dispatch

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation message. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours on working days.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene regulations:

No Returns on Opened Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges for perfumes that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect order

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Conditions for Return Approval
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or store credit, depending on the payment type and situation. Refund processing times may vary.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
